This wine comes from Puligny-Montrachet in Burgundy, a terroir prized for its limestone-rich soils and its ability to produce Chardonnay with elegance, intensity, and mineral drive. The wine is made using both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in small barrels, with 16% new oak, followed by 16 months of barrel ageing and an additional month in stainless steel before bottling. This careful élevage gives the wine its creamy texture while preserving freshness and clarity.

Serve this wine with refined dishes such as roast chicken, veal in a cream sauce, lobster, scallops, turbot, or mushroom risotto. It also pairs beautifully with aged hard cheeses like Comté.
