Makuprofiili
In the glass, the wine shows a golden hue with attractive green reflections. The nose is bright and layered, opening with citrus, acacia blossom, seabuckthorn, elderflower, white pear, and a subtle flinty note that adds lift and precision. The palate is fresh and fruit-driven, with a clean, harmonious structure and a fine line of acidity that keeps everything in balance. There is a pleasing sense of purity and tension here, and while it drinks beautifully now, it should also develop added texture and complexity over the next few years.

Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from the En Rosey vineyard, situated at around 350 meters above sea level in the Côte Chalonnaise, where the cooler elevation helps preserve freshness and aromatic clarity. The wine is matured for 10 months in large 450-liter barrels before spending a further five months in stainless steel, a combination that softens the wine while keeping the fruit crisp and expressive.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Chardonnay pairs well with roast chicken, creamy seafood dishes, grilled fish, shellfish, and vegetable-based dishes with a touch of richness, such as risotto or mushroom tart. Serve chilled at around 10-12°C, and decanting is not necessary, though a short aeration can help open the aromas if served young.
