Sourced from several elevated parcels in Baubigny and Meloisey, it captures the purity of red fruit and the finesse that have made Hautes Côtes de Beaune an increasingly respected source for approachable yet refined Burgundy.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, this wine shows a vivid ruby-red color that hints at its freshness and energy. The nose is lifted and inviting, with aromas of red cherries, raspberries, blackcurrant, forest floor, and a subtle touch of vanilla from the oak. On the palate, red fruit takes center stage, supported by bright acidity and silky tannins that give the wine a graceful, polished feel. It is balanced, supple, and expressive rather than heavy, with a freshness that makes it especially enjoyable in its youth. Best enjoyed within the first five years, while the fruit remains vibrant and the structure is at its most lively.

Viininvalmistus
This Pinot Noir comes from high-altitude parcels in Baubigny and Meloisey, where clay, limestone, and mineral-rich soils provide excellent conditions for Burgundy’s most delicate red grape. The fruit was harvested and carefully sorted by hand, ensuring only healthy grapes made it into the cellar. The wine then spent 12 months maturing primarily in used oak barrels, a choice that preserves the purity of the fruit while adding just a gentle layer of complexity.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve this wine with roast chicken, duck breast, mushroom dishes, grilled salmon, or classic Burgundy-style charcuterie and soft cheeses. A serving temperature of 14-16°C will best highlight its freshness and aromatic finesse. Decanting is not essential, but a short airing in the glass or a brief decant can help the wine open up if enjoyed young.
