The nose shows great ripeness with nuanced, slightly exotic aromas, giving the wine a more generous and polished profile than many classic Loire whites. On the palate, it is beautifully rounded with good volume, notable complexity, and a persistent finish that lingers with elegance. The wine already shows attractive harmony, but its structure suggests it can continue to develop nicely over the short to medium term, gaining further nuance with a little bottle age.

Produced in the Loire Valley from Sauvignon Blanc grown in the Touraine Oisly area, this wine reflects the region’s cool-climate finesse and terroir-driven style. Fermentation takes place over 4 to 6 weeks using native yeasts, followed by aging on the lees until March or April, a method that helps build texture, complexity, and aromatic depth while preserving freshness.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
A great match for goat cheese, grilled fish, shellfish, asparagus, light poultry dishes, and salads with fresh herbs. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a short time in the glass will help the wine open up and reveal its full aromatic range.
