In the glass, the wine shows a bright, light ruby-red colour that reflects its youthful character. The nose is inviting and expressive, with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and strawberry lifted by violet notes, a subtle spice edge, and a touch of earthy nuance. On the palate, it is delicate and well-balanced, with vibrant acidity and soft tannins that give the wine a smooth, silky texture. Red berry flavours remain at the centre, supported by light spice and a discreet earthy tone that speaks to Beaune’s terroir. The finish is long, graceful, and harmonious, and while the wine is enjoyable now, it also has the potential to evolve over the next few years.

Viininvalmistus
The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with care to preserve the wine’s natural fruit and freshness. After gentle pressing and fermentation, it is aged in French oak barrels, with a proportion of new oak adding structure and complexity without overpowering the wine’s delicate profile. The result is a Pinot Noir that balances finesse, depth, and a clear sense of place.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Beaune is a versatile food wine and pairs beautifully with grilled poultry, mushroom risotto, pasta with tomato-based sauces, and mild cheeses such as Brie or Camembert. Serve it slightly cool, ideally around 14–16°C, and decanting is not essential, though a short aeration can help open up the aromas if enjoyed young.
