Makuprofiili
In the glass, the wine shows a pale golden hue with bright clarity. The nose is fresh and inviting, opening with citrus, green apple, and white flowers, followed by subtle notes of almond, brioche, and a gentle mineral edge that hints at the limestone soils of the region. On the palate, it is lively and well-balanced, with a creamy texture lifted by crisp acidity. Flavors of ripe pear, lemon, and a touch of peach are layered with elegant nuances of butter and lightly toasted nuts from careful oak aging. The finish is clean, mineral, and refreshing, and while it is already highly enjoyable now, it should continue to develop gracefully over the next few years.

Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from selected parcels in Côte-d'Or, where Burgundy’s limestone-rich soils and cool climate provide ideal conditions for Chardonnay. Harvesting is done by hand to ensure only the best fruit is brought to the cellar, and the fruit is handled gently to preserve freshness and natural balance. Fermentation is controlled, followed by ageing in a combination of stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, with only a small proportion of new oak used to add structure without overshadowing the wine’s fruit.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with shellfish, grilled fish, light poultry dishes, and creamy cheeses such as Brie and Camembert. Serve chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, to best showcase its freshness and texture. Decanting is not necessary, though a brief aeration in the glass can help reveal its aromatics.
