Viininvalmistus
Sourced from the Premier Cru Perrières vineyard in Meursault, the wine reflects a terroir renowned for its stony soils, mineral tension, and ability to produce whites of remarkable finesse and complexity. The grapes are hand-harvested to preserve quality, then gently pressed before undergoing slow fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks.
