Domaine des Petits Champs Lins Savigny-Lès-Beaune 1er Cru Vergelesses 2021 is a refined Burgundy that captures both the finesse of Savigny-Lès-Beaune and the depth expected from a Premier Cru site. Made from Pinot Noir, it combines bright fruit, subtle spice, and a distinctly mineral edge, offering a wine of elegance, precision, and real character.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a bright, light ruby-red color that reflects its youthful energy and freshness. The nose is layered and inviting, with aromas of strawberry, cherry, and raspberry lifted by gentle notes of ginger, incense, floral hints, roasted almond, and a fine mineral streak. On the palate, the wine is delicate yet well structured, balancing juicy red fruit with silky tannins and lively acidity. The finish is long, graceful, and lightly spicy, with a subtle mineral impression that should evolve beautifully over the next 5 to 10 years.

Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from the Premier Cru vineyard Vergelesses in Savigny-Lès-Beaune, one of the appellation’s most respected sites, known for producing wines with finesse, depth, and terroir-driven purity. The fruit is harvested by hand and gently pressed to preserve quality, then fermented and matured in French oak barrels, including a portion of new oak, adding structure and complexity while maintaining the wine’s natural elegance and freshness.
