The 2010 vintage adds both classic structure and impressive balance, making it a Grand Cru with depth, elegance, and serious cellar appeal.

In the glass, the wine shows a deep ruby-red color that hints at its concentration and maturity. The nose opens with dark cherry, blackberry, forest floor, and subtle spice, gradually revealing more earthy and mineral layers with air. On the palate, it is concentrated yet beautifully composed, with silky tannins, bright acidity, and a refined mineral thread that carries through to a long, polished finish. The balance of ripeness and freshness gives the wine both immediate charm and excellent aging potential, though the 2010 vintage is now entering a graceful drinking window.

Viininvalmistus
This wine comes from the renowned Bonnes Mares Grand Cru vineyard in Burgundy, where limestone- and clay-rich soils, along with old Pinot Noir vines, provide the backbone for intensity and finesse. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with a high proportion of whole clusters to preserve aromatic complexity, texture, and elegance. After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels, with a moderate share of new oak adding subtle spice and depth without masking the purity of the fruit.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve this Grand Cru with refined dishes such as roast duck, pigeon, venison, wild mushroom risotto, or braised beef. It also pairs beautifully with truffle-forward cuisine and aged hard cheeses. The ideal serving temperature is around 16–18°C, and decanting for about 30 to 60 minutes is recommended if the bottle is being enjoyed now, to allow the wine’s aromatics and texture to fully open.
