Makuprofiili
In the glass, this wine shows a deep, luminous ruby color that hints at its concentration and maturity. The nose opens with intense aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, violet, and oriental spice, layered with subtle oak notes and a beautiful sense of lift and perfume. The palate is rich and concentrated, with silky tannins, ripe fruit, and a vivid mineral edge that brings precision and length. The warmth of the 2009 vintage gives the wine a generous, harmonious profile, while its structure and acidity suggest it can continue evolving gracefully for years to come.

Viininvalmistus
The vines come from a prestigious parcel in Vosne-Romanée planted on limestone and clay soils, a terroir that naturally lends both structure and elegance to Pinot Noir. The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified with a significant proportion of whole clusters to preserve freshness, fragrance, and complexity. After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels, with a notable share of new oak used to add depth and texture while keeping the vineyard character at the forefront.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Premier Cru pairs beautifully with refined dishes such as roast duck, pigeon, beef tenderloin, veal with morels, or mushroom-based recipes like wild mushroom risotto. It also works wonderfully with aged cheeses, especially nutty, medium-intensity varieties. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 30–60 minutes if opening it young or if you want to help the aromatics fully unfold.
