Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Grand Cru deserves equally refined dishes such as lobster, scallops, turbot, roast chicken with cream sauce, or poultry with morels. It also pairs beautifully with aged Comté or other fine washed-rind cheeses. Serve at around 10–12°C, and consider decanting for 20–30 minutes if the wine is young to allow its aromas and texture to open fully.
