In the glass, the wine shows a bright, luminous gold with a cool, elegant sheen. The nose unfolds with citrus, white flowers, pear, and stone fruit, layered with subtle notes of honey, toasted nuts, and chalky minerality. On the palate, it is taut, precise, and beautifully balanced, with a medium to full body carried by a firm mineral spine. The ripe fruit is lifted by vibrant acidity and a stony, limestone-driven character that gives the wine exceptional length and clarity. The 2021 vintage brings a poised, cool elegance, making it enjoyable now while also suggesting strong aging potential over the next 8–15 years, where it will gain further depth and complexity.

Viininvalmistus
Perrières is one of the most revered Premier Cru sites in Puligny-Montrachet, known for its limestone-rich soils that contribute tension, finesse, and a highly distinctive mineral profile. This wine is an excellent match for refined dishes such as lobster, scallops, roast chicken with cream sauce, turbot, or poultry with morels, as well as aged Comté or other nutty hard cheeses. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C. Decanting is not essential, but a short aeration can help the wine open up if enjoyed young.
