Domaine Etienne Sauzet Puligny-Montrachet Perrières 1. Cru 2022 is a superb expression of one of Puligny-Montrachet’s most revered terroirs. In the glass, the wine shows a bright, refined appearance that hints at its freshness and structure. Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine is an excellent match for refined dishes such as seared scallops, lobster, roasted turbot, poultry in a creamy sauce, or fine mushroom-based dishes. It also pairs beautifully with aged Comté or other elegant hard cheeses. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and consider decanting briefly if opened young to allow the aromatic complexity to fully emerge.
