Domaine Faury Syrah Glou-Glou 2020 is all about pure drinkability: light, juicy, and effortlessly charming. This is Syrah in a playful, unpretentious style, where bright fruit takes the lead and the wine is made to be enjoyed young, ideally with a slight chill.

In the glass, it shows a fresh, vivid profile with a bright ruby-red hue. The nose is lifted and inviting, offering ripe raspberries, young cherries, and a delicate floral note, rounded out by a gentle hint of spice that adds definition without weight. The palate is lively, juicy, and wonderfully easygoing, with silky tannins and energetic acidity keeping the wine crisp and refreshing. The fruit is clean and crunchy, making it a wine that feels immediate and satisfying. It is best enjoyed young for its freshness and vibrancy, rather than for long aging.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is a versatile, casual red that works beautifully with picnic food, tapas, charcuterie, grilled sausages, roast chicken, or simply as an easy glass on its own. Serve slightly chilled, around 14-16°C, to bring out its freshness and juicy fruit. Decanting is not necessary, though a brief aeration can soften it if opened very young.
