In the glass, the wine shows a graceful, translucent ruby hue that hints at its refined style. The bouquet is classic Chambolle-Musigny, opening with red cherries, wild raspberries, and ripe strawberries, layered with violet, subtle spice, and a discreet chalky minerality. On the palate, it is silky and harmonious, with vivid freshness carrying the fruit through the mid-palate and giving the wine shape without ever feeling heavy. The tannins are fine and precise, and the finish is persistent, clean, and centered on pure fruit. While already expressive, it also has the structure and balance to gain further complexity with additional cellar time.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with dishes that highlight its finesse rather than overpower it, such as roasted quail, duck breast, mushroom risotto, veal tenderloin, or poultry with a light red wine sauce. Serve at 15-17°C, and decanting is generally not necessary unless the bottle has been stored for a long time and needs a little air to open.
