This Chambolle-Musigny pairs beautifully with dishes that reflect its delicate structure and aromatic profile, such as roast quail, duck breast, veal, mushroom risotto, or poultry with a light cream sauce. Serve at around 15-17°C to best showcase its perfume and texture. Decanting is optional; if the bottle is well cellared and still youthful, a brief decant may help it open, but older bottles are best enjoyed with minimal aeration.
