The nose is layered and aromatic, unfolding with dried roses, nutmeg, tobacco leaf, balsamic nuances, and ripe dark berries. The palate is rich and generous, supported by rounded tannins and a fresh, balancing acidity that keeps the wine poised and energetic. Flavors of mature fruit and savory complexity lead into a long, graceful finish. While it can be enjoyed now for its vibrant fruit and supple texture, it also has the structure to develop further complexity with several years of cellaring.
