In the glass, this wine typically shows a clear, luminous gold hue that hints at its ripe, generous character. The nose opens with citrus, pear, and white flowers, followed by subtle notes of hazelnut and a discreet touch of oak that adds depth rather than weight. On the palate, it is silky and supple, yet firmly structured, with lively acidity giving freshness, balance, and length. The fruit feels polished and layered, with a mineral backbone that keeps the wine focused. Viininvalmistus
The fruit comes from selected village-level parcels in Chassagne-Montrachet, where limestone-rich soils are especially well suited to Chardonnay and contribute to the wine’s energy and mineral character. The 2018 vintage brought generous ripeness, which is balanced here by the estate’s careful vineyard selection and measured winemaking approach.
