In the glass, it shows a clear ruby-red colour with youthful vibrancy. The nose is lifted and expressive, offering red cherry, raspberry, and strawberry, layered with floral notes of violet and rose petals, along with a subtle spice and a touch of mineral freshness. On the palate, the wine is supple and graceful, with well-integrated tannins and fresh acidity that keep the fruit lively and focused. Flavours of juicy red berries, gentle spice, and a refined earthy minerality lead into a long, clean, elegant finish. Enjoyable now for its finesse, it should also develop added depth and complexity with further ageing.

This Vosne-Romanée pairs beautifully with veal, poultry, mushrooms, and mild cheeses, where its elegance and aromatic precision can shine. Serve it slightly cool, ideally around 15-17°C, and consider decanting for about 30 minutes if opening it young to allow the aromas to unfold.
