Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Pinot Noir shows a deep ruby core with garnet highlights, suggesting both maturity and continued vitality. The nose is layered and refined, opening with ripe red cherry, raspberry, violet, and rose petal, followed by discreet notes of spice, earth, and a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, the wine is balanced and polished, with supple tannins, bright acidity, and a graceful texture that carries flavors of red berries, fine spice, and savory nuance. The finish is long and elegant, with a soft, lingering spiced character. The 2007 vintage is already very approachable, but it can still develop additional complexity with a few more years of careful cellaring.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with roast poultry, duck, game birds, mushroom dishes, veal, and mature cheeses. Serve at around 15–17°C for the best expression of its aromatics and structure. Decanting for 30 to 60 minutes is recommended if opening now, especially to allow the wine’s subtle layers to fully unfold.
