In the glass, it shows a deep ruby-red color with violet reflections, hinting at both concentration and vitality. The bouquet is layered and expressive, offering ripe red berries such as cherry and raspberry, alongside floral notes of violet and rose petal, with subtle spice and a distinctive mineral edge. The palate is powerful yet refined, with firm, polished tannins and lively acidity that keep the wine beautifully balanced. Flavors of red fruit, gentle spice, earthy nuances, and elegant minerality unfold across a long, persistent finish. The 2007 vintage is entering an excellent drinking window now, but it also has the structure to develop further complexity over the next 5–10 years.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine is a superb match for roasted poultry, game birds, mushroom dishes, and mature cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C to allow the aromatics and texture to fully open, and decanting for about 1–2 hours is recommended, especially if the bottle has been stored for some time.
