Makuprofiili
Pale straw in the glass, this Chardonnay shows a bright, youthful appearance that hints at its lively profile. The nose is fresh and inviting, with notes of citrus fruit, green apple, and white flowers, lifted by a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, the wine is elegant and well balanced, combining crisp acidity with a supple, rounded texture. Flavours of ripe orchard fruit, light nutty tones, and chalky minerality come through on the finish, which is long, harmonious, and precise. While already enjoyable now for its vivid fruit and energy, it also has the structure to develop gracefully with a few years of cellaring.

The grapes come from the Côte d'Or, where limestone- and clay-rich soils contribute to the wine’s tension, minerality, and structural finesse. The 2021 growing season was marked by spring frost and naturally reduced yields, which helped concentrate flavour in the surviving fruit. Vinification is carried out with a focus on preserving varietal purity and terroir expression, allowing the Chardonnay to show its full Burgundian character.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with roast chicken, grilled fish, shellfish, creamy pasta dishes, and soft cheeses such as Brie or Comté. Serve it chilled at around 10-12°C to highlight its freshness and detail. Decanting is not necessary, though a short aeration can help the wine open if served young.
