Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a garnet-red color that hints at both richness and freshness. The nose opens with vibrant red fruit aromas of cherry, plum, and raspberry, layered with dried fruit tones and a touch of spice. On the palate, this is an intense and rounded Pommard, with ripe red fruit taking center stage and a supple, almost enveloping texture. The wine has the structure to evolve beautifully over time, and the 2022 vintage suggests strong cellaring potential as its aromatic complexity continues to unfold over the coming years.

Viininvalmistus
This wine comes from Clos de la Chanière, a premier cru site in Pommard, Côte de Beaune, where only the most distinguished part of the vineyard carries 1er cru classification. Domaine Parigot vinifies the wine in the same traditional manner as its other Pommard cuvées: around 80% of the grapes are destemmed before pressing and fermentation, followed by 18 months of maturation, with the first 12 months spent in a mix of new and used French oak barrels and the final six months in stainless steel to preserve freshness and definition.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is an ideal match for roast duck, beef tenderloin, game birds, mushroom dishes, or rich vegetarian plates such as truffle risotto. Serve at 15–17°C. Decanting for about 1–2 hours is recommended, especially in its youth, to let the wine open fully and reveal its aromatic depth.
