Made from Pinot Noir grown on 40-year-old vines rooted in clay and limestone soils, it combines depth, structure, and charm in a very classic Côte de Beaune style. Makuprofiili
In the glass, this is a beautifully expressive Burgundy with a deep ruby color. The nose opens with ripe red cherry, plum, raspberry, and cranberry, layered with gentle spice and subtle oak notes from barrel aging. On the palate, the wine shows notable depth and a fine mineral line, with red fruit at the core and a distinctly chalky, limestone-driven freshness. The texture is generous yet balanced, with enough structure to reward short- to medium-term cellaring. A slight chill can bring extra lift and precision to the wine’s fruit and freshness.

Viininvalmistus
The fruit for Les Vignots comes from 40-year-old vines in Pommard, planted in clay and limestone soils that help shape the wine’s body, character, and mineral edge. Winemaker Alexandre Parigot destems 80% of the clusters before pressing and fermentation, allowing for a balance of purity and structure. The wine then matures for 18 months, with the first 12 months spent in a mix of new and used French oak barrels before a final six months in stainless steel tank prior to bottling.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Pommard works beautifully with roasted duck, game birds, beef tenderloin, mushroom dishes, and poultry in rich sauces, as well as hard cheeses such as Comté or aged Gouda. Serve slightly chilled, ideally around 14–16°C, to highlight its freshness and elegance. Decanting is optional, but a short decant can help the wine open up if enjoyed young.
