Domaine Parigot Volnay Les Brouillards 2022 is a refined expression of Volnay, one of Burgundy’s most admired villages for graceful Pinot Noir. Elegant and nuanced, it combines lifted red-fruit character with floral accents and a silky texture, capturing the finesse that has made Volnay wines so sought after for generations.

In the glass, it shows a beautiful ruby-red hue that immediately signals freshness and delicacy. The nose is subtle and inviting, with aromas of red berries, raspberry, and a gentle hint of violets. On the palate, this Volnay is delicate and well-balanced, with soft tannins and a supple structure. Flavors of cherry, strawberry, and a light spicy note unfold with refreshing acidity and a gentle, graceful finish. While it is very enjoyable now for its purity and charm, it also has the potential to develop added complexity with a few years of bottle age.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with roast poultry, duck breast, veal, mushroom dishes, and lighter game, as well as hard cheeses with delicate flavor. Serve at around 15–17°C for the best expression of its aromas and texture. Decanting is generally not necessary for young, elegant Volnay, though a short aeration can help it open up if enjoyed soon after opening.
