Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a deep red-ruby color. The nose is vivid and finely pitched, with aromas of blackberry, redcurrant, orange zest, licorice, pepper and cardamom, giving it a cool, spicy and highly layered profile. On the palate, the wine is large-scaled yet still graceful, with silky texture, firm tannins and a lively sense of energy. There is an intriguing citrus peel note that adds lift to the darker fruit and spice, while the finish is firmly tannic and persistent. It is still in a youthful phase and should continue to develop complexity with time in bottle.

Viininvalmistus
Clos de Bèze is one of Chambertin’s most celebrated Grand Cru vineyards, known for producing wines of intensity, perfume and remarkable structure. The 2010 vintage was aged in 100% new François Frères barrels, a choice that brings polish and subtle spice to the wine while complementing the power and concentration of the fruit. This Grand Cru Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with dishes that match its depth and elegance, such as roast duck, game birds, beef tenderloin, mushroom risotto or truffled poultry. Serve at around 16–18°C for the best expression of its aromas and structure. Decanting is recommended if opening young, as it can help soften the tannins and allow the wine’s layered aromatics to open fully.
