Clos Roussots lies on steep slopes in the Maranges appellation, where Burgundy’s cooler climate and limestone-rich soils help shape Pinot Noir with freshness, tension, and mineral nuance. The grapes are grown on one of the area’s most acclaimed Premier Cru vineyards, benefiting from excellent exposure and naturally low-yielding conditions. After harvest, the wine is aged for 10–12 months in a combination of new and older oak barrels, allowing it to develop texture and complexity without overpowering the fruit.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Premier Cru Pinot Noir is an excellent match for roast duck, game birds, mushroom dishes, veal, or earthy vegetarian plates such as lentil stew or truffle risotto. It also works well with soft, creamy cheeses. Serve it slightly cool, ideally around 15–17°C, and consider decanting for 30–45 minutes if enjoying it young to let the aromas fully unfold.
