Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Meursault typically shows a luminous pale gold color, hinting at both freshness and quiet depth. The nose is refined and layered, often opening with citrus peel, white flowers, green apple, and subtle notes of hazelnut, wet stone, and a delicate touch of oak. On the palate, the wine is sleek and focused, with ripe Chardonnay fruit balanced by a chalky, saline mineral streak and a tightly wound structure. Rather than richness and weight, it delivers tension, clarity, and length, making it especially compelling now and well suited to further aging over the next several years, where it should gain texture and complexity.

This wine pairs beautifully with roast chicken, veal in cream sauce, lobster, scallops, and fine fish dishes, as well as soft cheeses and mushroom-based plates. Serve it at around 10–12°C, and decanting is generally unnecessary, though a short airing in the glass can help reveal its subtle aromatic layers.
