Domaine Seguinot-Bordet Chablis 2024 is a crisp, characterful white Burgundy that delivers the classic Chablis profile at excellent value. Crafted by winemaker Jean-Francois Bordet, it comes from mature vines rooted in Chablis’ signature limestone-rich soils, offering freshness, purity, and a distinctly mineral edge.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a light golden color with a greenish tint, hinting at its youthful energy. The nose is bright and inviting, with white flowers, sea buckthorn, and yellow apple, while the palate is brisk and focused, bringing flavors of Granny Smith apple, biscuit, orange zest, and a cool granite-like minerality. The wine feels lively and refreshing throughout, with a clean, structured finish that makes it especially appealing in its youth. It is best enjoyed now and over the next three years, when its fruit and mineral character are at their most expressive.

Viininvalmistus
The wine comes from vines between 25 and 40 years old, planted in the ideal chalky, limestone-based soils of Chablis, which help shape its firm acidity and mineral precision. Fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel to preserve the wine’s fruit purity and vibrant freshness.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Chablis is an excellent match for oysters, shellfish, white fish, sushi, goat cheese, and light poultry dishes. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary—just open and enjoy its fresh, aromatic style.
