Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Grand Cru Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with roast duck, game birds, veal, mushroom dishes, and richly flavored poultry preparations, as well as aged cheeses with a gentle nuttiness. Serve it slightly cool, ideally around 16–18°C, to showcase its aromatic detail and balance. Decanting for 30–60 minutes is recommended, especially if enjoying it young, to help open up its layers and soften the tannins.
