In the glass, the wine shows a deep, bright ruby color that hints at its concentration and finesse. The nose opens with intense aromas of dark cherry, blackcurrant, and gentle spice, layered with subtle toasted oak and a mineral edge that adds complexity. On the palate, it is elegant and well-balanced, with fine tannins supporting a rich core of fruit and a long, persistent finish. The 2022 vintage is approachable now, yet has the structure and depth to develop beautifully over the next 5–10 years, gaining further nuance and harmony with time.

Viininvalmistus
Lavaux St Jacques is one of Gevrey-Chambertin’s most respected premier cru vineyards, known for producing Pinot Noir with depth, tension, and aromatic complexity.
