In the glass, this 2023 shows a bright, pale golden colour with lively clarity. The nose opens with citrus, green apple, and white flowers, supported by a subtle mineral edge that reflects its limestone-rich origins. The palate is precise and energetic, with a clean line of acidity, fine texture, and a long, refreshing finish. Its balance of fruit purity and stony freshness makes it enjoyable now, while it should also hold well over the next few years as it gains a little more depth and complexity.

Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from Les Bruyères in Fuissé, where the soils of chalky clay and marl help shape the wine’s fresh, mineral profile. Dominique Cornin works with biodynamic principles in the vineyard and practices minimal intervention in the cellar. The wine is naturally fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve the purity of the Chardonnay and the expression of its terroir.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine is a natural partner for shellfish, grilled fish, roast chicken, goat cheese, and light dishes with cream or fresh herbs. Serve chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, and there is no need to decant unless you want to let it open briefly in the glass.
