Crafted entirely from Pinot Noir, with no dosage and no added sulphur, it delivers an especially dry, unadorned style that lets the character of the fruit and the house’s signature finesse shine through.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a beautiful vermilion-gold hue with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is fresh and expressive, offering pear, lemon, green apple, and a subtle hint of brioche. On the palate, this Champagne is lively and mineral-driven, with crisp acidity, remarkable clarity, and a long, taut finish where white peach, citrus, and gentle spice come together. Its purity and structure suggest it will hold well over the short to medium term, though it is best enjoyed for its immediate freshness and vibrancy.

Viininvalmistus
This cuvée is built around Pinot Noir, the grape that best reflects the depth and elegance of Drappier’s terroir in Champagne. The wine is made without dosage and without added sulphur, a deliberately minimalist approach that preserves the freshness, tension, and natural expression of the base wine. Vinification is geared toward purity and precision, resulting in a Champagne that feels both exacting and deeply authentic.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Excellent as an aperitif, this Champagne also pairs beautifully with shellfish, sashimi, ceviche, and fresh goat cheese. Serve it well chilled at around 7°C to highlight its lifted aromatics and crisp mineral edge. Decanting is not recommended.
