The small proportion of Sémillon adds roundness and a gentle creamy texture, giving the wine more breadth without losing its crisp backbone. A small portion sees five months in French oak, adding a touch of complexity and finesse without overwhelming the wine’s bright character.

Duckhorn North Coast Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is an excellent match for aperitifs, fish, shellfish, salads, and light dishes with fresh herbs, as well as creamy cheeses. Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to keep its freshness and aromatic lift at the forefront. Decanting is not necessary.
