Duemani Cifra Cabernet Franc 2023

Duemani Cifra Cabernet Franc 2023 is a striking biodynamic red from the Tuscan coast, made entirely from Cabernet Franc. Crafted by Elena Celli and Luca D’Attoma, it reflects the fresh, coastal character of Costa Toscana while showing the varietal’s more aromatic and elegant side. Produced with a gentle approach and aged in concrete, it offers a pure expression of place and grape.

Makuprofiili
Bright ruby-red in the glass, this wine opens with a seductive, musky bouquet of strawberry liqueur, a touch of leather, and exotic floral notes. On the palate it is juicy, smooth, and very supple, with lively acidity carrying flavors of red and dark berries. Medium-bodied and energetic, it finishes with long, vibrant sensations that echo a resonant red berry cocktail. The balance of freshness, texture, and aromatic lift suggests it can be enjoyed now, while still having the structure to hold for a few years in bottle.

Viininvalmistus
This biodynamic Cabernet Franc comes from Duemani’s vineyards in Riparbella and Castellina Marittima, on the Tuscan coast, where the maritime influence helps preserve freshness and aromatic precision. The grapes are harvested with care and fermented, then aged in concrete tanks to preserve the wine’s purity, texture, and vibrant fruit expression.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with grilled lamb, roasted duck, herb-crusted pork, mushroom risotto, or simply grilled vegetables and mature hard cheeses. Serve it at around 16-18°C, and decanting for 30-45 minutes can help open up its aromatic depth, especially in its youth.
