Dujac Fils & Père Gevrey-Chambertin 2012 is a refined expression of one of Burgundy’s most celebrated villages, offering the depth and structure Gevrey-Chambertin is known for, balanced by Domaine Dujac’s signature elegance. Made from carefully selected parcels in the heart of Gevrey, this vintage combines old-vine concentration, precision, and a classic Pinot Noir profile. Makuprofiili
In the glass, the wine shows a bright ruby-red hue. The nose opens with aromas of red berries, cherry, and subtle spice, layered with a gentle earthy note of forest floor that adds complexity and authenticity. On the palate, it is poised and elegant, with fine tannins and lively acidity creating excellent balance and length. The 2012 vintage is now beautifully harmonized and mature, yet it still retains freshness and definition. With its structure and vitality, it has the ability to continue evolving gracefully for those who prefer more bottle age.

Viininvalmistus
This wine comes from selected parcels in Gevrey-Chambertin with limestone and clay soils, where old Pinot Noir vines contribute both concentration and finesse. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with a proportion of whole clusters to preserve freshness, aromatic lift, and complexity. After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels, with a moderate share of new oak adding depth and structure without overshadowing the purity of the fruit.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
A natural match for roasted duck, game birds, mushroom dishes, grilled salmon, or classic Burgundy-style beef preparations. Serve at around 16–18°C to allow the aromas and texture to fully open. Decanting for 30–60 minutes is recommended, especially if enjoyed relatively young, though it can also be poured directly if you prefer a more delicate expression.
