DuMOL Chardonnay DuMol Estate Vineyard 2022 is a beautifully crafted Californian white wine that captures the character of DuMOL’s own vineyard in Russian River Valley. Known for its precision, balance and depth, this Chardonnay combines site expression with polished winemaking, offering a wine that is both refined and expressive.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a brilliant golden hue. The nose opens with ripe pear, mature citrus and peach, layered with white flowers and a subtle touch of toasted almond from French oak maturation. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and creamy, yet lifted by a clean, refreshing acidity that keeps the rich fruit in perfect balance. A delicate mineral edge carries through to a long, elegant finish, where fruit and fine oak notes linger. While already appealing for its freshness and complexity, it also has the structure to develop more depth and finesse with time in bottle.

Sourced from DuMOL’s estate vineyard in Russian River Valley, the wine reflects the region’s cool-climate influence and distinctive terroir, which are especially well suited to Chardonnay. The fruit is handled with great care to preserve purity and precision, then vinified with a focus on balance and texture, including maturation in French oak barrels to add nuance without overpowering the wine’s natural vibrancy.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Chardonnay pairs especially well with roasted chicken, lobster, crab, seared scallops, creamy pasta dishes and risotto with mushrooms or spring vegetables. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C. Decanting is not essential, but a short period in the glass can help the wine open up and show more complexity.
