Makuprofiili
In the glass, the wine shows an almost inky black color with deep purple reflections, hinting at its concentration and intensity. The nose is beautifully layered and expressive, opening with blackcurrant, dark cherry, and blueberry, then unfolding into violet, cedar, dark chocolate, and a subtle graphite note. The palate is rich, dense, and vividly structured, with deep dark fruit wrapped in a vibrant, energetic frame. Tannins are remarkably polished and velvety, while the acidity keeps everything in balance and extends the finish with remarkable persistence. Viininvalmistus
Ark Vineyard is treated with exacting care from vineyard to cellar, beginning with hand harvesting and rigorous cluster selection to ensure only the best fruit is used. The wine is fermented in small lots and then matured for up to 30 months in new French oak barrels made from top-quality middle stave wood, seasoned for three years before coopering. This patient, detail-driven approach helps shape the wine’s depth, texture, and layered complexity.

This Cabernet Sauvignon pairs beautifully with premium cuts of beef, grilled lamb, venison, or braised short ribs, as well as rich dishes featuring mushrooms or truffle. Serve at 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 1–2 hours to allow the wine to fully open and show its aromatic range and silky structure.
