Makuprofiili
In the glass, the wine is deeply saturated and almost black in color, with vivid violet highlights that hint at its youthful intensity. The aromatics are dramatic and layered, opening with dark berries, blackcurrant, cherry, cocoa, cedar, espresso, violets, and a subtle smoky stone character. On the palate, it is monumental yet polished: rich dark fruit unfolds in waves, wrapped in a velvety texture and supported by impeccably refined tannins. The finish is long and resonant, leaving traces of spice, chocolate, and fresh minerality. This is a Cabernet Sauvignon with exceptional aging potential, capable of developing beautifully over decades.

Viininvalmistus
Ark Vineyard is one of Hundred Acre’s most celebrated sites, sourced from Napa Valley terroir that delivers both power and detail. The grapes are harvested and sorted entirely by hand, then fermented in small vats to preserve the individuality and purity of the fruit. The wine is matured for up to 30 months in new French oak barrels made from tightly grained, center-cut staves that are seasoned for three years before cooperage, adding structure and polish without overshadowing the wine’s natural intensity.

Best enjoyed with richly flavored dishes such as dry-aged ribeye, slow-braised short ribs, venison, or truffle-infused mushroom dishes. Serve at 16–18°C, and consider decanting for at least 1–2 hours to allow the wine to fully раскры its aromatics and soften its youthful structure.
