Makuprofiili
In the glass, the wine is nearly black with deep violet reflections, signalling its intensity and depth. The nose opens dramatically with blackberries, blackcurrant, dark cherry, cocoa, cedar, espresso, violet, and a subtle mineral, smoky edge. On the palate, it is monumental yet refined, with layers of dark fruit unfolding over a plush, velvety texture. The tannins are polished and finely integrated, leading to a long finish marked by spice, chocolate, and fresh mineral nuances. This is a Cabernet Sauvignon with exceptional aging potential and the structure to evolve beautifully for decades.

Viininvalmistus
Ark Vineyard is farmed with exacting attention to detail, where every cluster is sorted by hand and fermentation takes place in small vessels to preserve the character of the fruit. The wine is matured for up to 30 months in new French oak barrels made from the densest central portion of the wood, seasoned for three years before cooperage, contributing structure, depth, and aromatic complexity. This precision-driven approach reflects a terroir-focused philosophy aimed at capturing both power and finesse.

Best enjoyed with rich dishes such as grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, lamb, venison, or aged hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for at least 1–2 hours to allow the wine to fully раскры its aromatics and soften its structure.
