Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a deep, dark color that hints at the intensity to come. The nose is layered and expressive, with aromas of black and red berries, crème de cassis, cocoa powder, white flowers, cedar, espresso, and pipe tobacco. On the palate, it is rich, intense, and beautifully textured, with velvety tannins and a dark-fruited core that feels both powerful and refined. Viininvalmistus
Kayli Morgan Vineyard sits in an exceptional Napa Valley location at the base of Mount Howell in St. Helena, where the site offers near-ideal conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvesting and sorting are done by hand, reflecting the meticulous approach behind the wine. Aging takes place in specially selected new French oak barrels made from the finest quality wood, with only the middle section of the oak used and seasoned for three years before cooperage; the wine then matures for up to 30 months in barrel.

This is a serious Cabernet Sauvignon that pairs beautifully with premium cuts of beef, lamb, venison, truffle dishes, and richly flavored slow-cooked meats. It also works well with aged hard cheeses and deeply savory mushroom-based dishes. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decanting for 1–2 hours is recommended, especially if opening now, to allow the wine to fully express its depth and aromatic complexity.
