In the glass, it shows an opaque, deeply saturated color that hints at the concentration within. The nose is lavish and expressive, unfolding with blackcurrant, blackberry, dark chocolate, espresso, cedar, graphite, and a subtle thread of pipe tobacco. On the palate, the wine is intensely concentrated yet remarkably silky, with layer upon layer of dark fruit, floral nuance, and spice seamlessly woven together.

Morgans Way Vineyard is sourced from a carefully selected Napa Valley site in California, where the combination of warm sunshine, balanced ripening conditions, and exceptional vineyard discipline supports the production of deeply concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit is harvested by hand, with each cluster sorted meticulously before fermentation in small lots to preserve purity and precision. The wine is then matured for up to 30 months in new French oak barrels made from the center of the stave and seasoned for three years before use, contributing structure, texture, and a refined aromatic signature.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is a natural match for premium dishes such as dry-aged ribeye, lamb chops, venison, truffle-infused mushroom dishes, or richly flavored braised short ribs. Serve at around 16–18°C for the best expression of its aromatics and structure. Decanting is highly recommended, especially if opened young, to allow the wine to open fully and show its layered complexity.
