Makuprofiili
In the glass, the wine shows a deep, dense purple color that hints at its concentration. The nose opens with blackcurrant, blackberry, crème de cassis, cedar, leafy herbs and a subtle forest-floor character, giving it both richness and complexity. On the palate, it is full-bodied and beautifully structured, with a core of dark fruit supported by fine, ripe tannins and a balanced, elegant frame. There is notable purity and depth through the finish, with oak adding nuance rather than overwhelming the fruit. This is a cellar-worthy Cabernet Sauvignon with the potential to develop gracefully over the next 10–25 years.

Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from Inglenook’s estate vineyards in Rutherford, one of the most prized parts of Napa Valley, where the combination of warm days and cooling influences helps Cabernet Sauvignon ripen fully while retaining freshness. The fruit is hand-harvested from carefully selected parcels, and the wine is made with a gentle approach to preserve elegance and balance. It is then aged for 18 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, which adds structure, spice and complexity without masking the fruit.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Cabernet Sauvignon pairs beautifully with grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, venison and mature hard cheeses. It also works well with dishes featuring mushrooms, black pepper and rich sauces. Serve at 16–18°C and consider decanting for 1–2 hours, especially if opened young, to allow the aromatics and texture to fully unfold.
