Makuprofiili
Each wine in the collection brings its own personality, but all share a vivid, detailed expression and remarkable texture. Expect a pale golden hue with fine, persistent mousse, alongside layered aromas of citrus peel, white flowers, orchard fruit, toasted brioche, hazelnut, and subtle saline or chalky notes depending on the vineyard. On the palate, the wines move from crystalline and mineral to richer and more enveloping, with flavors of ripe stone fruit, lemon curd, fresh pastry, spice, and nutty oxidative nuances.

Viininvalmistus

Jacques Selosse is known for working with small parcels and for allowing each site’s identity to come through clearly, with harvests carried out by hand to preserve fruit integrity. The wines are vinified in the domaine’s distinctive style, with extended lees aging and oxidative influence playing a central role in building depth, texture, and complexity, while the extra brut dosage keeps the wines taut and precise.
Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve these Champagnes well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to preserve freshness while allowing the layered aromas to open up. A brief decant can be beneficial for some bottles, especially if you want to soften the oxidative edge and reveal more nuance.
