Les Perrières is a limestone-rich Premier Cru site in Meursault, prized for its cool, chalky soils and ability to produce wines of striking tension and minerality. The wine spends an extended period on its lees without bâtonnage, and it is bottled without fining or filtration to preserve its texture and clarity.

This wine is an excellent match for refined seafood dishes such as lobster, scallops, or turbot, as well as poultry in cream sauce and dishes with mushrooms or truffle. Serve at 10–12°C to best show its structure and aromatic detail. Decanting is not essential, but a short aeration can help the wine open in its youth.
