Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Pinot Noir shows a graceful, polished presence with bright, concentrated fruit at its core. The nose opens with blueberry, blackcurrant, raspberry, tea leaf, dried flowers, and a subtle earthy note that adds depth and nuance. On the palate, it is elegant and refined, with vivid fruit, fine structure, and a clean mineral line that reflects its coastal origins. The balance of texture and freshness makes it immediately enjoyable, while its poise suggests excellent aging potential over the next 10 years.

Viininvalmistus
The wine is made from Pinot Noir grown in carefully selected Sonoma Coast vineyards, many of them situated very close to the Pacific, where cool maritime influence helps preserve freshness and aromatic detail. The blend draws from sites in both the northern and southern parts of the coast, each contributing distinct characteristics to the final wine. In the cellar, a small percentage of whole clusters is included before pressing, and the wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, around one-third of which are new.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with roast duck, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon, lamb loin, or herb-roasted chicken. Serve it at 15–17°C for the best expression of its aromatics and structure. Decanting is not essential, but a short decant can help open the wine if enjoyed young.
