Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a deep, dark color that hints at its intensity. The nose opens with blackcurrant and blackberry, layered with cedar, spice, and a subtle touch of toasted oak. The palate is full-bodied and concentrated, yet refined, with ripe tannins giving the wine structure without harshness. Balanced acidity keeps the fruit focused and the finish clean and precise, while lingering notes of dark chocolate and graphite add complexity. Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from L'Aventure’s estate in Paso Robles, one of California’s most exciting warm-climate regions, where intense daytime heat is tempered by cool nights that preserve freshness and structure. The blend is led by Cabernet Sauvignon and complemented by Syrah and Petit Verdot, adding additional color, spice, and density. Harvesting is carried out to capture full phenolic ripeness, and the wine is vinified to emphasize concentration, texture, and varietal precision, with oak integration playing a supporting role rather than overwhelming the fruit.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Cabernet Sauvignon pairs beautifully with grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, lamb, venison, or rich dishes with mushroom and herb accents. It also works well with aged hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 1–2 hours to allow the wine to open and show its full aromatic range and texture.
