Made from fruit sourced across multiple vineyards and shaped by winemaker Brian Bicknell’s thoughtful, hands-on approach, it balances freshness, texture, and subtle oak influence with ease.

Makuprofiili
Pale straw in the glass, this Pinot Gris opens with lifted aromas of grapefruit, fresh lemon, ripe nectarine, and a touch of passionfruit, rounded out by hints of grass and flint. On the palate, it brings together juicy citrus, stone fruit, and a distinct mineral edge, with a smooth, rounded texture that gives the wine real presence without losing its crisp line of acidity. Best enjoyed young for its freshness, though it should hold well over the short to medium term. The oak influence is deliberately restrained, adding a little weight and complexity rather than overt wood character. The result is a wine that feels vibrant and polished, with enough depth to stand out as a serious entry-level Marlborough white.

Viininvalmistus
This wine is crafted from grapes grown across seven different Marlborough vineyards, each contributing its own nuance to the final blend. The fruit is hand-harvested and whole-cluster pressed, a gentle approach that helps preserve purity and finesse. After fermentation, up to 19% of the juice is matured in old French oak barrels to add texture and depth without overshadowing the wine’s bright fruit profile.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, with no decanting required. It pairs beautifully with seafood, sushi, grilled prawns, roast chicken, creamy pasta, and mildly spiced Asian dishes, as well as fresh salads and soft cheeses.
