In the glass, this Sauvignon Blanc shows a pale, vibrant colour that hints at its freshness. The nose is expressive and lively, opening with grapefruit, fresh lemon, ripe nectarine, and passion fruit, rounded out by subtle notes of grass and flint. On the palate, it combines generous fruit weight with crisp acidity, giving the wine both energy and substance. Citrus fruit drives the flavour profile, supported by a distinct mineral, flinty edge that adds length and complexity. While enjoyable now for its youthful vibrancy, it will drink best in its first few years, when the fruit and freshness are at their most vivid.

Viininvalmistus
This wine is assembled from fruit grown in seven Marlborough vineyards, each contributing a different nuance to the final blend. The grapes are hand-harvested and pressed as whole clusters, helping preserve purity and freshness. After fermentation, up to 19% of the juice is matured in older French oak, adding a little extra weight and texture without overwhelming the wine’s bright, varietal character.

Serve this Sauvignon Blanc well chilled at around 8-10°C. It pairs beautifully with shellfish, oysters, goat cheese, sushi, asparagus, and fresh salads, as well as dishes with citrus or herb-driven sauces. Decanting is not necessary.
