In the glass, it typically shows a bright straw-yellow color with a refined, persistent mousse. On the palate, it is dry, creamy, and well-balanced, combining lively acidity with a generous, elegant texture. Sourced from Franciacorta in Lombardy, where the cool climate and mineral-rich soils are well suited to premium sparkling wine production, Cabochon Millesimato Brut is crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The grapes are harvested by hand to preserve fruit quality, then vinified using the traditional method, with careful ageing on the lees to build depth, texture, and aromatic complexity.

This Franciacorta is a versatile partner for refined dishes such as oysters, shellfish, sushi, risotto, white fish, and delicate poultry preparations.
